I’m so thrilled about this patchwork dress! It only proves that you can create just about anything with quilted fabric! This loose fitting dress has a very simple but super cool vintage pattern and was made with cotton fabric pieces. Instead of sewing the fabric squares together with a conventional 1/4 inch seam, Cintia used an overlocker to finish off the raw edges. This makes the seam more durable when the dress is worn or being washed.
I love the random arrangement of the squares. It provides the dress a beautiful classic appeal. Also, the modified collar gives it more character.
